Before he went to Chelski to sit on the bench on a fat wage he was one of the outstanding keepers in this league.

I'd take him for sure, but Stek has impressed me bigtime, I'm not sure we need another keeper until next summer.

He was woeful in his last season at Stoke I'm afraid mate. Then poor at Chelsea.

I absolutely admit he looked good before then though. But that was 3 years ago now.

Just watched RK's presser from yesterday, looked really annoyed when asked about Hart, think there has been a big change there maybe the RS coming in but I have changed my mind now really don't think he will sign at all

I cant see where he will go as the top clubs dont need a GK, even the next tier have decent keepers. Stoke have Butland, Spurs have Lloris, Adrian is a good keeper and Liverpool have Mingolet on a long term deal (probably on high wages too) plus Karius.

I doubt many european clubs could afford even 50% of his wages so City are going to have to pay out a bit.

He could have been annoyed over Perez, or any number of behind the scenes negotiations.
Why does he need to tell the media what our private business is.
I would prefer it was all kept in house until finalised.

Be ace that. Essentially be committing around 65m pounds on transfer and wages over say four years. lol

Back to us though, concerned we haven't addressed the long-term goalkeeping issue, and see no reason why it hasn't been taken care of.
Evidently Walsh is a ditherer as well. Losing a striker, which we need much more than a keeper, because he delayed offering the contract for a week is a disgrace. Hope he got his ass kicked for that

It seemed more to me like he was just being obtuse and difficult because he had already stated our position on it, almost like he was just trying to knock the off the scent.

More like one of those No's that you tell your child when they keep asking for a toy they see on TV, but you get it them for Christmas anyway.
