Our 'transformation' will have to be more organic than we had thought. This is a reality and no amount of hissy-fitting will alter that.
We have to knuckle down and get with the programme. Personally speaking, I think in RK, we have a manager very well equipped to catalyse our regeneration...but it might take a season or two.

I was firmly against the Dutch Moyes prior to his appointment, but everytime hes opened his mouth hes impressed, I like his flexibility regarding tactics and he sees the value is playing 2 Wingers, we have, from my current feeling, certainly got the right man in charge and yes im aware it was never going to be an overnight job, im just saying its a little different than most other windows, in terms of expectation.

What is the actual feeling on signing this guy? From what I saw in a couple videos he looks alright. I heard some people say he only started in like 4 or so games. I don't have a real opinion, all I know is we need another striker. So what do you think, would he be a good signing?

Nobody can honestly answer that, for 1 reason alone, if he does have talent, can he use that talent in the Premier League, many, many talented players before him have failed.

He looks a decent player from the very fleeting glimpses ive watched, but others, who claim to have watched him loads say hes utter pony.

Who knows, as with everything I suppose and its a painful cliche that was crushed by Niasse, but you gotta trust in the scouting.

I think you can do it as long as you avoid the "highlight video". Instead, if you find a video that includes all of their touches in a game you get a truer sense for their overall play.

Hopefully, our scouting techniques are a bit more sophisticated. Are they though?
