This whole "working days" thing does not apply to transfer windows. This isn't a mom-and-pop shop, these are massive corporations, they work on weekends, and through the night at this time of the year.

Walsh isnt kicking off at 5pm and saying "Better luck tomorrow"

Certainly might well be. But the bods by Westminster Abbey will still agree that there are 5 working days left until the end of the window, as it's an actual fact.
