Is sizeable elements of this forum really any different from RAWK though*?

If you asked most Evertonians with an awareness of online Everton what was the equivalent of our RAWK I reckon most would justifiably point to here.

* I do realise my contribution towards this.

There was always banter between both sets of fans when I was growing up.
That remained when they were winning just about everything in the 70's, because we had class.
Tensions mounted when the HK bandwagon rolled, until it exploded with that git Dogleash. But despite that, there was still badinage.
Then SAF strolled into town, and TRS hated that. They couldn't handle it. They went into meltdown. All banter was suspended forthwith, in the minds of TRS, and to compensate for hating MUFC more than us, they made it out that the breakdown in banter was solely the fault of the Blues, and came up with the ridiculous title 'bitter' to compensate for this to mask their own deficiencies.
Then, strangely, WE became the bitter ones. This was brought about by THEM not being the top club.
Still, the BLUES gave out banter, and TRS only saw that as jealousy. They accelerated the 'bitter' theme until WE started to defend it.
Cue, funny faces and saying something along the lines of "ok bitters". Or,"five times"
Er, no, I would reply. You won the European cup four times. The Champions League once Four and none do not equal five. Morons.
If that logic were to apply, we won the ECWC which is now part of the Europa League. Therefore, we have won the Europa League.
So the answer is, only your preference of club differentiated us in the sixties.
Their success did not stop our humour in the 70's, so banter was still evident.
Our rise and their stagnation and sodding Dogleash really strained relationships. But still we tried humour.
The MUFC domination in the 90's onward, was just too much for them, so they made us out to be the 'bad guys'.
So, all in all, there is a chasm in class and reasoning among the fans now.
And the above explains it all.

Nah that's just clap trap mate. That's delusion. We mock the kopites for delusion.

No, it isn't delusion. Despite not winning the league for 28 years, we're STILL the 4th most successful club in the land. If Leicester can do it...But anyways:

Expecting to win the league every season's delusion - Especially when they haven't won it for almost as long.

When you believe every player in every position is the best in the league, and deride proven better players simply because they don't play for your club - then that's delusion.

Thinking your players are worth the massively over-inflated fees they're bought for is delusion

So's demanding massively over-inflated fees when the penny finally drops, and they realise they weren't worth what they paid for them in the first place.

Making up alternative leagues (Then amending the rules so you finish higher than you actually would under the original rules) is delusion.

Calling your club the best supported club by the locals in the immediate region's delusion.

Same goes for thinking your club is a serious threat, or at least relevant in Europe, season upon season - including when they haven't even qualified for the 2nd tier competition - is delusion.

Nowt wrong with ambition - but don't get the two mixed up.

Well i'd imagine kopites sign up for Everton forums, crap all over it, insult it's members, break the rules, wind people up, spam it by posting the same crap over and over again and just generally act like complete tits.

And yet here you are plums, the forum guardian. Put me on ignore if it bothers you or apply to me a mod, you've been auditioning for it for a whole.

Careful who you call a tit too, especially if you've met them.

Why not just tag @bizzaro in ffs, this describes his last four user profiles perfectly

There used to be a massive difference but it's narrowing all the time...plane banner protests, hero worship of tat, demands for world class signings for £70M a pop....
