I'm still apprehensive what his plans are,he hasn't shown any financial clout so far.

I have settled down since getting concerned after selling Stones. Bolasie being announced tomorrow will take our net spend approximately back to even.

I expect us to get in a couple more at least after that and end up spending at least around £40m. If we sign another beyond that at a net spend of around £60m, I'd be happy.

I'm hoping on 3 more after Bolasie. Net spend of around 60-70m.

Why? There was nothing to question regarding Kenwright. He didn't have a pot so there was no point in asking any questions. We were sell to buy with the odd player going to pay of the interest on the pay day loans. Everyone knew what was going on. It's not the job of journalists to put pressure on owners however it is the job of journalists to find out the true intentions of owners because that's a story.

Not including Bolasie its unlikely to be 3 after Koeman's statement and Ghezzal rejected us. I think we'll end with a net spend around 50m.

Because selling Rom prevents us from strengthening next summer. An owner who wanted to invest in the playing staff wouldn't do that.

I'm not judging his ownership just his intention to invest in the team. He may well move the stadium forward which would be a huge thing.
At the moment though, that's only happening in your head.

How can you fully judge is ownership of the club in one window? That's ridiculous
He's not said that though, he's making the point that if we sell Lukaku and Stones this summer that will tell us about Moshiri's intention for investment on the playing side. Seems entirely reasonable & logical argument to me.
