You're probably correct, yet if he was at FF yesterday (or the day before) as reported then many of the particulars could already be completed.

In all seriousness though, Williams was done Tuesday but not announced until late yesterday afternoon.

Similarly, Bolasie has to come up from London, complete a medical, probably iron out personal terms etc.

Bit different on Kone maybe as @PhilM pointed out, but still just see it being unlikely today.

As I said, hope I'm wrong and we can all get excited again at 16.29!
