Transfer Rumour: Joe Hart

Schmeichel (perhaps?) Butland, Adrian, Forster, Foster, Heaton, Begovic - and then those not readily available: Cech, Courtois, De Gea, Lloris, Karius..

Schmeichel no chance, not going to leave the champions and miss playing in the CL to go to a midtable side and he signed a bit new contract yesterday. Butland is too much of a sideways step for him and he knows he can do better then Everton when he leaes Stoke. Adrian not a chance, Forster i cant see Southampton letting him go to us, Foster and Heaton no better then what we have, Begovic is the only one from that lot that is possible and Chelsea will play hardball with us.

Obviously one can look abroad but just in the PL there are at least a dozen other keepers worth trying to get:

Foster, really? Let's go deeper, maybe Paul Robinson or Rob Green?

I'd much rather Hart than Begovic, the latter seems poor since the World Cup.

Hart can be very erratic, some games dire but others superb. Particularly recall a few of City's games in the Champions league where he was the only thing that stopped a total humiliation of their team.

Ideally would prefer one of the German young keepers but Hart at least wouldn't have any problems adapting to the league/local area. It seems clear he isn't in Guardiola's plans and he is under pressure in his England role so would hopefully he would be eager to prove himself.

Joe Hart, Stekelenberg & Robles. I'd settle for that.

Top tier goalkeeper , 63 caps & still only 29.

Winning mentality , used to playing Top Level .

If theres any chance , get him in right now.

Keeper position solved for at least the next 5 years.

He's decent - miles better than the ones we have but I'm not keen on him. Just makes a few mistakes too many for my liking.

So why would we want Hart with his massive wage demands?

Schmeichel, Heaton and Forster all signed new deals very recently sadly mate.

Well Kasper is about to.

He's a good goalie but he makes too many monumental errors to be considered a great keeper. If he's the best we can get then so be it. Pity he has such an unpleasantly arrogant personality.
