It is outdated and in need of a big refurb. Was there about three weeks ago looking at it for a conference. One of the worst venues I have ever seen. You are probably comparing it to The Hippodrome..

I last visited it last week. I work around the corner from it. I regularly potter around the highwalk on my lunchbreak, it's incredibly peaceful. An engineering and architectural marvel.

Honestly Mate. If that was in Manchester or Liverpool they would force students to live in it as nobody else would. The area is so expensive people accept eyesores. The Atrium is like an old park greenhouse fallen into disrepair. Depressing
