Then add that this DOF clearly seems to have had an effect on whatever plans we did have.

Things will happen. But some Evertonians just have literally no patience at all. And get jealous of other teams business.

It would have been nice to see a new face or two. But it's not like we have a massive game on Saturday (no offence on looking Barnsley fans) to worry about.

If we can get him in before January 2017 deadline day then that would definitely help

Yup we agree!
Obviously it would be ideal to have transfers done early so there's more time for players to bed in but it'll be a good 2 to 3 more weeks without transfers before I'd be getting nervous - that said i don't think we'll be waiting more than a couple of days.

Absolutely.

I'd be pretty gutted if we didn't have a good few in before the first game. And would promote that fume to Defcon 1 by the time the window shuts and nothing has happened.

Can't see it though. Just feels too soon to go mental.

I would hope we have a good £50m plus avalaible still towards the end of August spend.

Are there any players that have moved so far that you are devastated we didn't go for? Apart from the massive ones that we wouldn't have got anyway of course.

Can't say i'm too gutted by other teams business so far.
