Christ unbelievable doom mongers on here it's hardly worth bothering to come on. I'm all for different views etc but you get the impression some just love a moan.
If you want a positive view have a blimp at the transfer thread where as far as I am aware we've signed Witsel, Mata, Koilibaly and god knows who else.

Massive LOL at "in principle". Hang fire for a bit longer folks

He is though. We don't know much about this guy except he helped them win the league a bit last season. That's great. But not worth going OTT about.
there are articles to read for people who don't know much about him to make a educated guess, i didn't know much about him until i did some research into him myself.

And he isn't making a proper argument at all, he is listing people who would be better than him.. without giving any reason as to why.

anyeay i'm done with arguing that point.

Since Leicester won the league.
He was the main scout and assistant manager of the club that created one of the greatest stories in modern football. I don't like to get carried away but usually I gauge the quality by looking at the opposition fans and the Leicester fans are not happy.
If you look at league form for the second half of last season, Leicester 1st. Southampton 2nd. We've built our managerial team from the best two teams on the field in 2016.
I'm impressed.
And I'm instantly reminded of England at major tournaments, next time we will do it like the Germans/the Spanish/Iceland
You need to get on *before* they do it lad, not sign their fella's and ask for them to replicate it.

Medium term I hope this works for us, but for this window it will not affect it.

Seriously, do you think first day on the job he is going to pick up the phone and sort the Mata transfer?? Is he like a senior aged Ray Donovan, and sorts stuff by mischievous ways.
No but he'll have a list of players to show Koeman for positions he wants to fill. You never know there could be another gem on it.

It's not arguing it's having a discussion.

Personally I'm glad we are finally getting this sorted. I don't know jack about this guy other than he found Mahrez and the others but to balance it out, did he also find Amartey and Kramaric?

I don't know.

Either way, I reckon the DOF position has halted our players movement so hope this is sorted quick so we can get going.
