Normally go for a run of at least 45 mins, had to jib it after 30 mins as I started to feel extremely light headed and couldn't breathe properly

It's like Spring has come back for a reunion tour! It's a cool 88 (31) currently with 55% humidity (heat index ~98). High today is ~94 (34?). Next week heat index will be back in the 100+s.
