Congratulations mate, sounds a cliche but having kids really is the best thing that will ever happen to you in life (P.S. my sons name is Leighton so could have 2 of the back 4 for Everton between us on 20 years time!)
 
Morning guys, drove in today as I was running a bit late. Had a freezing cold shower and it was wonderful, got in nice and early and opened all the office windows as we don't have air con, now just enjoying the sounds and sights of the market stalls outside my window. We've got a stall selling cd's and clothing you'd associate with yardies, but they're playing country music and Celine Dion, which is a bit odd.

Got a man selling fruit and veg who periodically shouts "COME ON YOOOOOOU SPURS", not sure if he has tourettes or something. Poundworld got evacuated first thing this morning as well, lots of disgruntled shoppers wandering around like their world had fallen apart.

Anyhow, I digress. At least we'll have a signing to look forward to today, albeit it an off field one rather than a player.

Should have kept the windows shut and put a few heaters on mate; get the office temp high enough and you get sent home. Personal experience.

Agree on most. Oviedo should stay, good backup/utility player.

Besic should stay and be given a full season to see if he can hack it/get over injuries

Garbutt will be a good player in time IMO

Joel is solid back up

Mirallas will thrive under Koeman IMO

McCarthy would be good rotation if he hits his form from the first season

If we could get decent money from Craperley then do it

Congratulations mate
 
Since the start of the Esk getting us all excited re signings it has been a good few weeks.

I can't help but feel that it's all because of the Euros and a lot of our targets being on extended breaks from there home club.

Like most transfers it requires at times other clubs transfers to be sorted before some could go through.

I'm not saying these are all the reasons, but it is frustrating no significant money has been spent, yet.

Heres hoping for a positive week on that front.

He's here every Tuesday and Friday doing it, he has various other shouts but I've got no idea what he's on about.
