None of them were in the team mate.

In fact if they had all been released at Christmas would any of us had noticed?

More telling about how poor the squad really was when all those playera mentioned weren't even options for us
Roberto seemed to just stuck to his favourites regardless of form or alternatives available.. If he did lose the dressing room, obviously he didn't notice as he kept playing the same players who some have said hated him and were not playing for him. Looking back, it's all a bit sad and stupid really. Is ther any "accepted truth" to what actually happened last year between players and boos now the dust has settled and he's gone? For someone whos regarded as a decent bloke, he is supposed to have fallen out with a lot of players

That Zaza took one of the worst penalties of all time. Verdict - SWERVE.

Never heard of those other 2 Juve players but they're probably crap. SWERVE.

Carvalho is proven turd. SWERVE.

Kasper would never come to us.

don't want kasper, zaza is good when I've seen him for juventus, would want pereyra. and carvalho is a dmid for a underdog team who just won the euros with their defense.

To be honest I believe he fell out with players because of his methods not personality. It was clear how bad his managing was so the fact it was seniors rather than young players like baines, distin, Eto'o to name a few rather than the young players shows there must be some truth in it.

At some point seniors have to stop and question what the manager is doing and when he isn't changing it you say something or collect your pay check at the end of the week.

Rugani is excellent. He has the potential to be the next great Italian CB. I don't know much about Peyerera. Zaza would be a huge upgrade on Kone/Niasse. I'm not a fan of Carvalho though, he's about as mobile as Gibson without the vision and passing.

I wasn't totally onboard with this idea at the time, but seeing mirallas especially like a man possessed in the last game made me think there was definitely something to it. Hope it's the case that the players had just given up, as bad as that sounds. The alternative is they are just bad and we have no depth to the squad :)

this be the year of the phantom bid massacre..

were going in all guns blazing with our 5o's all rolled up in our top pockets, but with the accountant next to us telling us we CANT SPEND a shilling as usual!

I used to keep up with European footy via Sky/itv and of course footy manager. I feel well out of touch now! I can just about name 5 juve players and none of the above are them!

If the players down tools with Koeman at any point, I would expect them to be out the door pronto, no easy life now.

No mate or should I say old adversary?

I knew at the time and published here that Mourinho's people had already approached us as I stated here:

www.grandoldteam.com/forum/threads/roberto-martinez-discussion-including-live-poll-poll-reset-1st-may.83793/page-1554#post-4395624

The point of the call, to put it in context, was to get the message across that (i) Martinez would be fired and (ii) a new and very different Everton were evolving post Kenwright's ownership.

I used to get a bit of inside info but your source(s) are well informed and I believe in what you say, whether it comes off or not is out of your hands. Sadly some on here are so unrealistic it beggars belief. If at any stage you decide its not worth the flak then keep me informed via PMs mate and I won't tell anyone else.
