he isn't even that good, as for developed, he has had one good season in the dutch league, alfonso alves looked like dixie dean in that league.

He is a good player who might be good in someone like italy, germany, spain, but lacks the physical prowess to do it in the premier league for me.

He also hasn't got the best reactions, and seems to suit a slower league.

there are plenty of strikers who are out there and would be a good option.

wanting to pay 15m for a striker who has had 2 okay seasons in the dutch league is a bit mad.

personally think we should be looking a step up from either of them, even the likes of Icardi of inter has done it more consistently than those two.

You need to look at those goals again. The goals were more the fault of the two centrehalves who just didn't have the experience at that level(not a criticism in general I thought they did well).
McCarthy played very well in a very specific role that was assigned to him.

We need to look at the quality of player we were up against today... Griezman, Payet, Giroud,Pogba and Kante to name just five.
