Actually thought he got us (ireland) playing a bit quicker when he came on, moved the ball faster just when we seemed to be tiring, and gave the pass sharpish to holohan to cross to brady to score.... don't really remember much after that:pint2::pint2::pint2:....

1 pass to houlihan who came on for McCarthy by the way, who provided an excellent pass 2 give d goal!! fact u give Mcgeady for any credit whatsoever is a joke!!
just curious what did messers dunphy and Giles have to say after?

Yes he is rubbish.

But he did go out on loan which shows he wants to play...Gibson refused a loan and gets a 2 year extension.

Koeman wants pressing but Gibsok cant move.

Different circumstances to the loans, though. When fit Gibson is potentially good enough to start every week, McGeady clearly isn't. Going on loan wouldn't have fixed Gibson's ligaments.

Aww. Leave gibbo alone. He didn't want to go out in on loan as the place he can get Chang is in his local. ... Poor lad. Give him a break !

Was more then one pass, as I said got on the ball quite a bit and ran at the Italian defence when we looked to be running out of steam, I am no big fan of mcgeady either, but credit where credit is due... not saying he won the game for us but he did make a difference when he came on.... as for dunphy and Giles, I don't take any notice of them, they are jokes and really aren't in touch with the modern game ....
 
Both McGeady and Gibson should have been topdrawer players. Unfortunately you get one performance in 20from them combined
 
What on the back of a fantastic Euro campaign for Ireland (let's hope clubs don't realise he played no positive role whatsoever in their success) we shoud be receiving phone calls non-stop until he's officially sold. I don't think 25m would be out of the question. Be happy with 25p though.
 

Based on the money being spent on bang average players so far this summer, It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see someone pay actual money for McGeady, he'd be fine for someone in the Scottish Prem or League 1.
