Always wondered what I would do if a woman cracked me like that.
no need to wonder anymore mate, go into town and give a lass a good spank on the bum and you will instantly get a punch in the face

Probably a glass in the face nowadays mate!
Chairman is appointed by the board and does not even have to be a shareholder. Forget the 50.1%. Around 25% is held by supporters, many of whom can't be traced apparently. He owns by far the majority on the board and is the main man full stop. Why is everybody so keen to get rid of Bill? He did a great job with no money and got us into a virtually debt free position and then got the buyer. I know he was unable to get the new stadium we all wanted but so what? He tried hard whilst we were skint. Because we failed to win something and get everything we want he gets slagged off. I think he did a great job under the circumstances.
He should be allowed to enjoy what is coming because he eventually got us there.
I suggest a rights issue would locate stock holders...or at least those who want to maintain undiluted equity.Find this interesting. Say Moshiri wanted to own 50.1% but hypothetically nobody wanted to sell him the shares to allow him to get that 0.2%, and Moshiri knew that there were however many percent of shares which were untraceable, could he acquire them somehow? What happens to these shares if nobody knows who owns them? Surely if say, 10% of the shares of our club are just floating around in the ether then they can be reclaimed or something. Perhaps @The Esk can shed some light too, this seems business related.
I think eventually he will do a share issue , especially if he funds a stadium , and increase his shareholding ! Think that's what was mentioned a while back by our more savvy posters !Find this interesting. 1Can I just say how much I hate the word "Project". What does that even mean?

Agreed and he actually deserves credit for dragging an effectively bankrupt organisation to a decent position and never getting relegated in the process. The BK hate by some is really petty tbh. They hated him because he wasn't a rich billionaire. Didn't care that he supported the club, just like they do, just that he didn't have the resources to win stuff.
People would often make out he was incompetent because of the lack of progression on the stadium and the commercial side but anyone with a semblance of intelligence realises that money talks, if you have money, it's easy to move forward and one point that really annoys me is the constant complaining about our commercial income. The biggest factor in improving commercial income is success on the pitch. Your team starts winning stuff and the big sponsors will want to be associated with your team. A lot of deluded people on here seem to think if you hire the best 'commercial team' you'll suddenly bring in 100m's extra revenue on the commercial side. It doesn't work like that. Start winning stuff and the commercial side will pretty much sort itself out.
BK deserved some criticism for the stadium issue, which is fair, but BK is a blue and done the best he could with what he had available. Sometimes he hasn't got stuff right but I don't believe he hasn't always done the best he can for the club. Wether you agree with the courses of action he's taken or not is open to debate but I don't think he's deserved half the hate he gets.
Once he owns a certain percentage I think he has to offer to buy them all. Should look it up but think it is around 65-75%. Don't think you can force a sale of any shares. If he is investing he is increasing that share value so would suspect he will want to take some action eventually. Anyway, new manager, exciting times... who cares?Find this interesting. Different pronunciation to the noun, but 'project' can also be a verb as in ; to project an idea, a vision ( or even something more quotidian eg your holiday snaps to a bored audience)
