I know, I spend the day being professional and then act like a child when I leave my office. When you grow up, you'll know.

Have fun on footy manager tonight though lid, keep us informed on what player has them boss stats so you can act like an oracle of this togger game we all love

OK everton then. 5 players in 14 years have made it. 2 of them are or will be on the championship next season. One nearly got relegated and one in the team currently.

Liverpool. None.

City, one, before thst about 6 years ago.

Chelsea, none.

Arsenal? One in March. Their first team otherwise bought.

Tottenham, two maybe more, took a long time to implement them.

Leiscter, none.

West ham, one, before him been a while.

Not proving your point is it mate?
 

Wonder if we've considered looking at Guedes from Benfica and Carvalho from Sporting. If we get a high profile manager in they could be interesting young signings if we get a manager who wants to build a team

exactly, so a potential suitor has the best bargaining tool here. i suspect it would be the new manager's decision. someone like moyes would definitely extend his contract as he's a stick to what you know guy. A new manager would probably have a couple of training sessions and see young players like dowell and barkley knocking him out of the park and realise there's no need for a new contract.

...nah, I think it's more likely there's a queue of clubs after some of these players and they can pick and choose. It's a great time to be a footballer and I suspect Everton is only an option for them.
