The facts are outlined by myself, and Esk doesn't need you to respond on his behalf kissing his arse.
I'm not... It's just its getting boring now. Some guy sells his shares in Arsenal so he can take his family to Ibiza (ok Bora Bora) and suddenly we're getting another billionaire, like one isn't good enough!

Until I see any evidence of any of the work the new major shareholder has apparently put in place I shall continue to remain skeptical.

He came in February, it's now nearly June. No statement of intent, no obvious signs to the public that he means business, nothing.

Compared to other major investments in footballs clubs it's basically flat as a fart.

Hoping for the dawn of a brand new Everton, but remain skeptical because a) the reason just given and b) well it's Everton isn't it!

Before anybody hits me with "be patient" and "stop being a bed wetter" I shall save you the bother. It's not something I am hysterical or even that bothered about. I'm not "fuming" or any other GOT cliches you wish to level at me.

So, time to see some action IMO, but for now I will file under "another false dawn" until I see otherwise.

To be fair though mate, there have been 3 people that have received info from credible ITK "sources", separate to the shares this week bit.

Fair enough mate. Let's revisit this by the time then new season starts?

This discussion isn't based on Arsenal shares being sold this week, far from it, if you are bored move on and don't reply, very valid theories being discussed here backed up by facts.

Yeah I saw that mentioned also, but given everything which has been laid out in here (from both "sides") I'm tending to think it's likely just rumours and wishes. Hope I'm wrong...

Of course! This might all change in the next fortnight.

But up until now, we have seen nothing concrete to suggest we are entering a new era.
The sacking of an underperforming, unacceptable Manager? Never would have happened pre Moshiri.
The addition to the board of a director specialising in football finance (Alexander Ryazantsev)? Never would have happened pre Moshiri.
The finance therefore (magically??) in place for a new stadium as said by Mayor Anderson and looking at a Waterfront site? Pre Moshiri you are having a laugh.

Plenty happening behind the scenes mate.
Willing to bet this time next year we will be looking back smiling.

Jesus Christ, what's the fella meant to do between February and June? Can't spend money on players because there's no window.

He stepped in to sack the manager who was otherwise still going to be in charge. He's targeting new managers of a higher echelon than we've had previously.

Finch Farm is already being redeveloped, something he outlined days after he come in.

He brought in his own man and is bringing more This summer to sort is our business wise.

The stadium process is moving forward unlike we've ever known because he made it clear when he took over that it was a huge priority.

Every good ITK has said he's working in the background and he doesn't need to be in the public eye, which is exactly the way it should be.

Chill right out and just let the fella do his thing.

As I wrote in my original post, I don't need to "chill out" as I'm far from hysterical. Exactly the kind of thing I said not to do.

I remain a doubting Thomas until I see evidence of something concrete that's all. If you find that strange then that is your priority, as it is mine to remain a tad skeptical.

Because it's absolutely pointless trying to find holes in a deal where there are no holes to be found.

You did this the other day with trying to say we could get Van Gaal in charge, being all snide about who could be manager of this "great institution, trophy less for 20 years"

Your need for seemingly instant gratification is absolutely ridiculous.

You've already said "a false dawn" a false dawn is deals like Football Fortress Fund, Kings Dock and Kirkby, the fella has not be in charge long enough to even hypothetically label it as a false dawn.

Fair point.
The fact which really stood out to me was the comment that Kroenke has got a potentially competing billionaire stuck and unable to compete. If Kroenke was to buy the shares and allow him to then go to Everton, then not only does he have to buy those shares but Arsenal also then have to compete with another club to buy players. Plus Kroenke has control of Arsenal now, he can do what he wants without buying those shares.

I hope we do get him, but until then...

I actually didn't say we should get Van Gaal, I challenged you on the fact you said you would rather have Pulis than him and I also stated he wasn't as bad a manager as some make out as his CV clearly indicates.

I suggest you read posts properly before spouting off like some deranged know all and try to pick holes in their postings.

Oh sorry, I don't want to lose any posting credibility.
