Yes, but to whom?
Why would anyone buy 30% of a company owned by an autocrat and at the same time give Usmanov the freedom to build a competitor to Arsenal. You just do not allow a potential competitor that ability to compete.
There's 5 or 6 board rooms in the PL who must give thanks to Kroenke every night for locking Usmanov into a position of no influence or power. No investor in Arsenal is going to release the bird from the cage to build a competitor.
How about a investor who wishes to have a boardroom influence with Arsenal though mate, Usmanov is frozen out entirely because of who he is, another 30% investor would be unlikely to get the same treatment, additionally should Usmanov a year after Moshiri leaves sell up - then would they consider it as unlilely it was to follow Moshiri, if the answer is yes then it's an idea
