Either way Monchi is clearly extremely good at what he does, and whilst he'd be a good asset for us (more as a chief scout than DoF) i think it would be too hard for him to move from seville, think he's been there over 10 years hasn't he?

This Emery Bloke is only something like 44 isn't he?? He's been a manager since 2004, and managed 5 clubs and has been very successful in all but one of them (Spartak Moscow)

In terms of age, he is the best one.
