I can field this one.

No, there's not.
We have a billionaire who has told us he will "give all he has" to help us get to the top, appears to be going flat out in the background getting the right people and setups in place, appears to be sorting out a new stadium at a prime location hopefully by the Mersey, is looking for a top Manager...basically looks to get Everton and its fans...yet people can't be pleased?

I think some are just hopeful of even more so I wouldn't say that people aren't pleased. Human nature mate.

Impatient maybe? Let's see what happens this summer, I reckon it'll be a big one.

In some ways the Euros will get in the way for us.

It seems that our fans expectations are way to high with this guy, some of our posters on here believe we are going to be the next city

Jose
Waterfront stadium
100 million to spend before sales

Feel sorry for Moshiri when the fans don't get Jose or a waterfront stadium.

@The Esk has said Jose is a target, and the council have basically said we now don't need help with funding a new stadium from them or any other third party.

I don't think "all" the posters wanting the best for Everton will blame Moshiri, i'm sure some will though. After years of utter rubbish we finally have a glimmer of hope, so why not aim high. Whats the worst that can happen ;)

Give the man a chance at least before judging.

Would he bring sponsorship from megafon and the metal company Esk you reckon ?

Possibly, but shirt and any other form of sponsorship will go to the highest bidder. With a new high profile manager, and a new stadium, hopefully iconic, and a significantly enhanced squad, our sponsorship value will increase enormously.

Therefore it makes sense to see out another year with Chang whilst putting all of the above in place. Our negotiation position and premium brand proposition will be much greater as a result.

, and a new stadium, hopefully iconic,

Do you have no concerns about this so-called prestigious site that is Trafalgar Dock? Do you honestly think we could make it work on the land that is vacant there now?

I don't. This waterfront thing is a bit romantic. Adjacent to the site, you'd have to knock everything down between Regent Rd and Great Howard Street, and Costco and Stanley Dock.

All my opinion of course.
