Depends who we have as manager tbh - if it's Mourinho then loads of players would want to come to us.

Anyway, Cilessen won't even be worth half of that and be great.

Cillessen has no experience in a major league...and Holland didn't even make the Euros.

Not too convinced he'd be much better than Robles.

If Tim Krul was fit I'd genuinely consider him, probably at a decent price too.
There's supposed to be s good one in Spain somewhere called Rulli, but I don't know enough about him apart from hearing good things

So, do you reckon whoever comes in will replace Robles as number 1 next season?

He has done OK, certainly better than Howard, but I'm not convinced he's good enough if we are serious about challenging the top teams. I hope we'd go for a top class goalkeeper in the summer. Should we get De Boer as manager, one of the positives would be that surely we'd go after Cillessen.

A few weeks ago I was all for giving Joel the gloves on a permanent basis.

But I think the shine has come off recently and whilst he is still better than the Howard of today, he is not the answer IMO.

A new, top class starting goalie has to be well up the agenda for the new bloke

See, the thing with Robles is that if he had a decent defence in front of him we'd all be praising him for being great. I'd say give him a chance when the new guy in charge fixes that massive problem and see how it goes before we spend silly on a keeper...

Unfai to judge when there's no shape or defensive organisation in front of him. Considering the shabite in front of him he's done well barring last game.
