I have stayed away from all media outlets since Saturday. What did he say about Moyes?

RM is saying you can't sack me after just 3 years (when we are so close to glory and I have been successful, blah blah blah) when the previous manager was allowed to stay throughout 10 years of mediocrity.

I was no great fan of Moyes but that was a nasty and startlingly direct dig at Moyes. The smarm and contrived charm of the confidence trickster martinez slipping away to reveal the real 'man' beneath the mask.

Come on Bill, Moshi - Get it done.

I was giving it until the end of today for any announcement but if I'm honest I thought it would be announced this morning. Starting to think it won't happen until the end of the season now. And in someways I think he might even still be in charge for start of next season! Which would mean he gets to spend some money on new players. Hopefully not and the club have got this in hand. But when!!

He's getting very, very desperate.

Needs to go. The nicer than nice act fades fast under pressure.

And desperate people do and say desperate things, Toff.

The poor fellow is flapping around like a fish plucked from the sea and landing on the trawler's deck.

It is cruel to watch and at this stage the board is being shown up in a very bad light IMO.

That is an apocalyptically disastrous scenario. Kenwright if he allows that to happen, needs to be chased with pitchforks and torches, he will kill the club

This is a sign of desperation now. When he's publicly trying to justify his position by comparing it to the achievements of others, rather than revisiting his original expectations (I will get you into the Champions League). What he said about Moyes may be true, but Moyes actually did get us into the Champions League (well, qualifying at least). The fact is, he can't criticise those achievements (or lack thereof) while using them to justify that the job he's done isn't that bad. He's been there to make improvements, he hasn't improved, it would be negligent of the board to keep him on if (as he says) they don't want to settle for mediocrity.

Having to endure the delusional guff coming from RM, there is the touch of a Nazi propaganda minister at work here as the Red Army rumbles into the ruined outskirts of Berlin.

There will be holes in the crowd on Saturday if he's still there.

I've only missed a three or four of home games this season, but I'm not spending money to come and watch this crap.

I'm sure that some STH's will jib it too.

I know. This is my fear. If he start next season and we're say 12th or 13th after 10 games he'll go then. But what does that do to our season.
Some have said the 'hate' for our manager is sad to witness. Its not hate from me, its business that simply has to be taken care of. Thanks for your efforts and the 1st season in particular and all that stuff. But we have to act now to move forward with most of these players.
