He already has his old employees defending him at the EchoDifficult to see how much more mediocre this club can become.
No doubt Martinez will attempt to show us.

I'm not so sure about that. Depend on the result on Saturday and the reaction from the crowd. If he doesnt get the sack today he will be here in the end of the season 100%
Theres no reason to sack him after bournemouth game more than there already is. It is either today of when the season ends.
Ridiculous.
He should have been sacked before the semis like so many of us said.
Exactly what I've just said. If Kenwright thinks he's "the most wonderful man you could ever wish to meet", why potentially put him through an awful experience on Saturday? Not sure why the board would subject him and the players to what they are probably going to receive at Goodison on Saturday from the fans.

If they've made up their mind to replace him in the summer, release him now! We'd all feel like a big weight has lifted from our shoulders and at least we'd all know one way or the other.
If they intend to keep him, come out and say so! Do one or the other.
Well lets keep fingers, toes and everything else that can be crossed, crossed and hope Moshiri is all that we're hoping for!Inactivity has always been the modus operandi of this board. Do the bare minimum to keep fan anger at bay without actually progressing. If Moshiri wasn't here I could well see BK rubbing his hands at the thought of the Euros distracting Evertonians and Martinez starting another season with a load of the same old promises and the Lukaku money in the bank.
It clearly does say "it's for him". Now unless he's referring to Fellaini, who himself got some abuse, then I'm sure we can surmise the individual.Bloody good ears if you can hear that.
I've just listened about 10 times and I certainly can't make that out
Not quite phenomenal, but still "Fantastic" Roberto!

Roberto Martinez has been labelled a “fantastic” manager and backed to turn it around at Everton.
The Catalan faces a fight to save his Goodison reign after the Blues lost their FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United on Saturday.
But Martinez’s former goalkeeper at Wigan Athletic, Ali Al Habsi, has leapt to the defence of the under-fire manager.
“I think he is a fantastic manager,” he said.
“I was with him for three years at Wigan and we win the FA Cup.
“I think the game against United was a massive one for him.
“You can see the pressure he has.
“There is always that pressure when you go to bigger club you have that pressure but for me he is a fantastic manager.

“He was a great manager for me to talk with and how he manages the team.
“But the pressure is part of his job for players and managers and hopefully he can get through all this and to see him with a better feeling next season.”
Martinez accepts that Everton’s poor season will mean he’s under scrutiny but Al Habsi reckons he can deal with the pressure.
“As a manager he will know how to handle that pressure,” he added.
“At a club like Everton they expect good performances all the time and expect high places in the league.
“They did not have all this, this year but we will see.”
