Listened to this just now Esk and thought you aquitted yourself very well indeed. Well reasoned argument, eloquently put.https://soundcloud.com/the-esk/the-esk-5-live-martinez-must-leave
Here's the recording of my earlier call on 5 Live. Just a couple of things - it's extremely difficult to keep the conversation going in the direction you want rather than where they want to take it, and if you try to interject then they close down you microphone as happened this evening at one point.
Having said that, objective achieved, 8 minutes of talking about Martinez must go, Moyes being unsuitable and we should set our targets high helps get the message across.
Still think it is funny you see entire discussions elsewhere and none of them seem to realize this.Bill and Moshiri are hardly going to tell a random selfie loving fan on the train "yeah that Spanish whopper is history in the summer" are they.
They probably just wanted him to do one and leave them alone
Lad?realize
For me i mean it like playing say Ferdinand in defence. Talking how great he is on the ball, great at shouting at people, great at this etc but then we concede goals through the middle anyway.
spell check on this computer done it lolLad?
He's clearly lost the players. Hilarious how they've threw the last 3 games and remained undefeated. Muppets.
LOL
Have you watched the games? we are an absolute mega shambles.
Still not lost in a while though. The players aren't trying hard enough to get him sacked, imo. They need to try harder.
Whilst you may celebrate a point in each game against Watford, Palace and Southampton at home, those used to be games we would win, or at least pick up more than a scrappy, lucky point in each one.
We haven't won one in a while either BTW lol
So you agree that the players should be trying harder to get him sacked? I personally think it's a disgrace that we've not lost the last few games. The players need to make more of an effort.
