Thanks mate it's a shame it had to be said. If we don't change tactics drastically for the derby they will destroy us with their superior fitness and pressing game. Things might turn very ugly and I haven't dreaded a game as much as this in years

Here's the recording of my earlier call on 5 Live. Just a couple of things - it's extremely difficult to keep the conversation going in the direction you want rather than where they want to take it, and if you try to interject then they close down you microphone as happened this evening at one point.

Having said that, objective achieved, 8 minutes of talking about Martinez must go, Moyes being unsuitable and we should set our targets high helps get the message across.

I enjoyed the part where the host says Mourinho has no chance of coming to everton... and then about 5 minutes later after you make a few good suggestions trying to suggest that we have absolutely no idea what calibre of manager we can attract...

Got to love the media when it comes to everton
