But he's so soft I'm not sure if it's his way of "protecting the players" or whatever...

Sod it, not arsed anymore

If he's protecting the players they aren't doing the same for him putting in such lethargic performances. Today was truly awful, a couple of kids have come on today and put the rest of them to absolute shame.

Fair play for resting Rom, he's a genius if he wins these two games this week.

I'll personally deliver a hot freshly squeezed turd to him if we lose the next two though.

I am very concerned about Martinez' and his understanding of the situation in which we find ourselves. He needs to be questioned on the nonsense he talks following games.
A home draw isn't a positive result. Get into our normal rhythm, surely that is exactly what we don't want, our normal rhythm gets us beaten. Understanding the responsibility of being at Everton and the need to win consistently, 1 win in 8, 9 wins in 33.
He obviously doesn't understand the responsibility of being at Everton, if he did he would resign.

Every minute he remains a manager of this football club is a minute too long. I'm praying that those in charge of making those decisions do it now. My concern is the damage he is causing to the mentality of this club, and that damage is now in overdrive mode. The fans need to make the board sit up and take notice.

The only chance we have of winning the semi is sacking him, it will give everyone a lift (except Bobby obviously)

It's toxic at the minute. RM is happy with a point at home and Koeman peed off at a point shows you his mentality at the minute

We were missing a few today and Saints have been in form lately, but from where I sat the players don't look as though they trust each other or understand the game plan, it is thoroughly disjointed. Tom Davies hair aside, there was nothing to catch the eye and nothing to suggest we will win our next two games. The players have to take their share of the blame, but it is time to send Bobby packing.
