The players have lost all enthusiasm and drive, whilst we weren't getting the results in the first half of the season we were creating chances and competing in exciting games, this has some how turned into the most boring turgid football Goodison has seen for quite some time.
And the fragile mentality ensuring an inability to simply defend and hold onto a lead is the most worrying thing for me, I just don't get what he's doing with the players in training.
His days are numbered but I would be surprised if anything happened until after the season has finished.
