ive totally lost confidence. players arent innit anymore. we need a change fast although it pains me to say it.Still think we can do it if our defense turns up.

If we carry on not winning up to the semi and then lose the semi the club will get blasted.
If we get rid and then still lose the semi the club will get blasted.
The club can't win either way so might as well do nothing like they usually do.
Bang on mate.agree with that mate, how anyone (hypothetically) can turn their nose up at an FA cup (which also gives an EL berth) when we haven't won anything since 95 is surprising. not saying he should stay for life mind but if anything should buy someone time... it's ending a massive trophy drought
If we don't win the cup which is most likely tbf he should definitely go.ive totally lost confidence. players arent innit anymore. we need a change fast although it pains me to say it.

They need to sit down and weigh up whether keeping him gives us our best chance. If not then get rid. That's where some level headedness is needed. I want him out but not before the semi.
His record in the league is awful. What's his cup record like?
Even if he wins I'd still want him to leave because next year is going to be even more competitive than this year and we are struggling badly now!
Agreed. I can't wrap my head around the offer of a resignation. It doesn't fit his character - and aside from that, he'd be mad to give up on the Cup pre-semi.not sure why anyones believing the "resignation" story, doesn't make sense from literally any of the involved parties points of view. First of all Martinez would never resign. Secondly if what the Esk is saying is true about the board reaching out to possible replacements then accepting his resignation would save them a bunch of cash. Thirdly (which goes back to point 1) by turning down his "resignation" that would indicate the board want him to stay which would strengthen Martinez resolve as he would feel he has the support of superiors.
I think he'll get the rest of the season to win the cup and try to finish as high in the table as possible. If he's not achieved what Moshiri deems acceptable he'll be gone, if he does he'll stay. It's that simple.
Will a bad show at palace exercise the mind ?They need to sit down and weigh up whether keeping him gives us our best chance. If not then get rid.
I agree. However I think there's a possibility he could go if lose the semi (especially if our dreadful form continues)Judging by whats been said here already I can't see him leaving until the end of the season at the earliest
Probably not as anyone else would have been long gone by now at other clubs. Will a bad show at palace exercise the mind ?
Controversial I know but our trophy drought is embarrassing

Controversial I know but our trophy drought is embarrassing, if he wins it he should at least be given one last shot.
If I said a mid table finish and a trophy at the start of the season would you have accepted it?
There is that possibility but unless the team put's in a real stinker and we get hammered I can't see it
