Onwards Evertonians
Player Valuation: £8m
His days are numbered, he'll be talked of in past tense in the near future, this situation can't and won't go on for much longer.
Roberto Martinez has lost the Everton fans with his words and is running out of time to save his job... he talks a good game but the damage has already been done on the pitch

'The fans are allowed to express their views. Once the game started their support was magnificent and we felt that support. They are the best fans in world football,' said Everton boss Roberto Martinez after a banner calling for his head was unfurled ahead of the 1-1 draw at Watford.
Now winless in four matches and sitting 14th in the Premier League table, Martinez claimed earning a point at Vicarage Road was a 'strong' result. Maybe in isolation but not to fans who have witnessed the team amble to just six wins in 24 matches - five of which came against sides in the relegation zone.
It was yet more hyperbole used by the Everton boss after another disappointing showing. Hollow words the fans are accustomed to and have grown tired of.
The above sums it up for me Martinez is totally deluded, cannot understand the club not sacking him after yesterday

Less of that. Thanks for responding to my post addressed to someone else with such a pointless response.
Perhaps stick to posting about how you want us to lose every week...more your level.
Amazing how Martinez has changed his tone.
First, it's "we can't play at Goodison because of the fans".
Now that he's actually felt what fan anger is really like, he's calling us the best fans in world football. He knows he's f'ed up and what little slack the fans were cutting him has been lost and once he loses that, it's game over.
Well, I remember reading somewhere that as part of his due diligence he got someone to value the squad, so it seems unlikely to the point of being absurd that he won't have had his team looking at possible replacements for the manager. That's not to say that he'll have bought in with a view to replacing Martinez, but it would just be what you'd do if you were ( effectively ) taking over a business and weren't totally convinced that the people running the business were the right people long term.
This thread has cost the lives of many, many posters.
lol
Less of that.
And if you post sonething in a public forum, you're gonna get responses from people other that the intended recipient.
-but it is costing the club. 1.5mil yesterday, possibly more Wednesday. Player devaluation and wanting to be sold at an ebb. TV selections being reduced which will carry on into next season...Doubt the board will fire him now. People won't learn unless it costs the club dearly.
Well, statisically, he's better than Brownshoes/ClownshoesRichard Buxton @RichardBuxton_ 13m13 minutes ago
Everton have reportedly sounded out Marcelo Bielsa as Roberto Martinez's potential successor, according to @brunoandrd #EFC
Hopefully if the Bielsa rumours are true hes acting as a consultant rather than a potential manager.
This week could be life changing for Martinez i think...2 games and one eye on the semi.
