Nar I dont worship Moyes, I do appreciate the job he did tho, I guess not many of us paid attention to the 90s, but I did, my eyes were wide open, Moyes made all that go away. Martinez has brought it all back, im looking down, when I should be looking up.
We were fully deserved our win and if Lukaku produced a moment of brilliance then Martinez deserves all credit for that. He attracted Lukaku in the first place and backed his judgement on him by putting his neck on the line and selling off the family silver + Anichebe so he could afford the fella.
Dithering Dave had the same chance when he sold Lescott but chose to waste it on the likes of Heitinga & Billy. In his whole 10+ years here, he never truly sorted the striker position, the most important position in the pitch and the 1 place you'll very rarely sort the cheap.

You said nothing Martinez has done compares to Moyes, you never mentioned Everton. He's won a FA cup you clown, Moyes will never do that, never, ever.

Martinez is numot good enough now but he does a lot of things better than Moyes.
My feelings exactly, ironically Stoke under Hughes remind me of us under Moyes, put Lukaku In the team that had Pienaar, arteta and cahill in their primes and we would have cracked that top 4 as I would imagine this current Stoke side would.
Don't like the bloke but the rewriting of history is poor form from some fans. Martinez is nowhere near good enough and sooner he's booted out GP the better.
