If you want to see what happens when people get behind leaders with bad ideas and out of touch philosophies, then take a look at Donald Trump. Hyperbole I know but you see my point. Bad leadership and bad ideas don't need more support. They need opposition.

In the cup games the fans have been right behind the team. I was there at the Chelsea game and I'm not sure I can recall a better atmosphere. But when you believe the man at the helm is the wrong man and things are heading in the wrong direction, well, you can't change the course if you're behind them.
 

I'm actually thinking hoping praying etc that we have a manager lined up and Martinez is going through the Erm motions. But saying that why does he harp on about building this etc? I mean I know he's deluded but why talk about something if your not part of it? Over to you..... anyone lol that is

What's this? I've extensively said in other threads I don't boo the team, and I believe Martinez is a cup manager but doesn't have the nouse or tactical flexibility to be a good league manager. What do you do? Posting get behind Martinez on a forum does nothing.

As paying punters we've got every right to grumble at the durge we've been served up at home by this fella.

You think we should all just sit there and politely applaud as we take another beating at the hands of average opposition?

3 years mate, 3 years......it's not like Evertonians have turned on this manager after 3 months. We've had enough of him, it's time for change, he's had his chance and he's blown it. Time for the club to find a new man to take us forwards. That's what's being said and that's more than fair enough, given the time frame.

Not accusing you of booing mate. Was just a generic comment. It's civil war amongst our fans at the moment, and tbh, your side is probably winning, but let's not pretend it translates into a furious Goodison wiyh undivided support :P

Disagree completely. He is on borrowed time and he knows it. Be gone at the end of the season mutual consent.
I would hope Moshiri cans him now before he does anymore damage, we could then try and convince Lukaku Barklay Stones Delefeo to stay now
that we have jettisoned a managerial buffoon !
