I doubt many would agree that there isn't a large number of people who'd rather see RM out the door rather than win the cup.

I am not one of them, I'd prefer a trophy win. I am concerned over our league form though.

It's clear you are in the minority on the subject of Martinez in general, so can I ask how long you are prepared to put up with less-than-good league performances?

Bottom line is we got beat at OT 1-0...people are putting the illicit "it was shocking, the players have lost it, it's free fall' spin on it. But at the end of the day it was another OT defeat...and a close one at that.

I;d hate to see some on here in a real crisis.

Martinez shouldn't be judged on a game to game basis. If we win he has turned the corner, if we lose he should be sacked. He like all managers should be judged on their results over a period of time and the last 2 seasons our league stats are telling for Martinez. Not even an FA cup win should save him from the axe.

One of them was a last minute fluke at Newcastle who are awful.

don't forget that Sunderland hit the post, what, 2-3 times before we scored our first goal? Think that match would have gone significantly different had they scored..
