Stuffed portobello mushroom stuffed with spinach/artichoke/cheese over quinoa.

The missus made Ostrich steak, garlic mash and a red wine & shallot sauce for tea last night. It was insanely good.

Y'all need to get hold of some ostrich, really lean meat, cheap (way cheaper than lamb or beef steaks) and has a nice distinctive flavour which is somewhere between venison and lamb. You can get it from Tesco.
