The trick here is to use a silicon spatula. You can get pretty much every trace of it off when serving so there's less to clean off later.That is a nightmare only equalled by leaving mash/porridge residues in a pan too long and then having to break out the big guns (the metal pan scourer thingy) to attempt to rectify the situation!
Don't get them to do it. I paid the same for them to fix it and they've ruined it.Dropped my iPad at work before and smashed the screen, the robbing bastards who want 50 or 60 notes for replacing it with a [Poor language removed] bit of glass they've got from China that takes him ten minutes.
