the fact we haven't heard anything means nothing.

The deal was announced before it was meant to be, because of media people being informed of it before time, and it takes time to confirm check over all things.

I'd be more worried that the media have been informed he's failed it, than there being nothing at all.

The club, the manager, the papers etc wouldn't all be talking about it as if it's a done thing if it wasn't practically done.

Theres no point getting yourself in a tizzy over it and stressing out, it makes no difference when it's announced.
