its the shittest takeover ever, He hasn't been since, even if its not approved Bill could have blagged him in the directors box yesterday, all we have is some new bedrooms at FF for a team that spends the last 1o minutes of every game asleep, and a new community centre on spellow lane. in short [Poor language removed] off Everton

10 days it's been mate, or thereabouts.

Just take a step back, breathe, and think about that for a minute.

Couple of thongs that have been touched on before.
Club inform PL of intentions 10 WORKING days before appointment, PL normally respond within 5 working days, so if PL were informed after press release, they woildn't respond before last Friday or tomorrow if 5 clear working days.
Bear in mind that Mr Moshiri appears to be non-UK resident, so he can only spend a certain number of days per year in the UK or else he becomes UK resident for tax purposes. He may or may not choose to visit Goodison on a regular basis to utilise his 182 day allowance.
Boring as hell, but what do you expect from me.

I thought he was a UK Resident. But being rather rich might make sense to be Non Dom I guess.

A British passport holder who owns a property in the UK, although his primary residence is apparently Monaco if reports are correct.
UK passport yes, UK tax residence & domicile I would guess not otherwise no point .
Would be surprised in the extreme if he owned residence for his own use in the UK as this could compromise non-resident status on HMRC tax residence test.
Just my opinion.

That rings a bell. Was granted asylum in 1979, tick. (Passport). Got a few bob. Tick. (Monaco)

If Companies House Beta is to be believed, the last England and Wales appointment as a director he had was resigned in Mar 2009 and was the management company for presumably the block of flats he lived in.
His wife is still a director.
Personally think he's non-res for tax purposes.
