Did I miss something? Said at half time we were good and it kinda stayed that way. Who's moaning and more to the point, why?

Some people just like to moan.
I thought we played poorly, a few players had a very bad game and we never appeared to leave first gear, the defensive switch was quite possibly the worst decision ive seen a manager take in a long time, BUT, we won with ease, we scored 3 goals and we got 3 points, so at the end of the day, history will judge this game a success.
On to West Am we go.

We were quite poor but that's all we had to be against that lot. It was easy though, and as you say, 3 points in the win column!

So how many did we lose by? Based on the entitled moaning on here, we must have got properly slaughtered! 4-0 against. Guess that's possible seeing that we were away. I was dreaming of a 3-1 victory away (which could have been 5-1). Suppose a solid victory was always a pipe dream coz the manager's crap and we'll get Jose in the summer coz we're loaded now and den we'll be proper special like. Yrrrrsssssss. (You post-win moaners should be ashamed of yourselves).

.....never got out of 2nd gear. Never had to get out of 2nd gear, probably an ideal game after a break. Bit disappointed Mirallas didn't particularly grab his opportunity in the same way Lennon has (although I appreciate he had 2 assists). Funes Mori looking a fine piece of business.
I would defo bring Besic back in on Saturday, I like McCarthy but Mo just gets into ever f*cker on the pitch and it raises the crowd. Goodison likes nothing more than a solid tackle.
Job done tonight, we walked to victory. Only concern was 3 at the back we looked confused. At 1-3 stones tried to let the ball run out for a goal kick and he got had off, if they had scored from that the fume against the young lad wouldn't be unjust in my opinion.

We played ok in patches and won. We've played superb and lost so maybe it's coming up for us now. 3 at the back was to close the game down and that's why we conceded. Stick to 4 and it's all good lol
