Went to Browns in Liverpool on Saturday night, I had the Lamb, which was Sheppard's Pie, with Lamb Cutlets. The Wife had the steak and Guinness Pie, with Bubble and Squeak and Bacon. Also had a side of chips, which were "Chunky chips with sea rosemary and vanilla salt". They tasted like the chips you get at the seaside, from one of those vans that sells chips and candy floss.... It must be the sweetness of the vanilla! It was really good, would recommend it.
