Sparky Hughes mate..I'd be happy with that. And a new manager?
Thinking Shane Long instead of Deeney now like.

So he wasn't influencing the match in a key position no more and therefore was a viable player to replace. Hence the sub not being so bad.probably because Pullis had identified him as the only threat on the pitch. Name me one of our players who was more of a threat
But Aguero and Vardy will still be at their clubs come the start of next season, that was my point.
So leave Lennon on and bring Gerry and mirallas on. All three will run at defenses, it could not of been any more pitifull than todays menuLennon looked completely goosed in the second half and was nowhere near as involved (which is maybe why our second half performance was so much worse).
The thing with Gerry and Kone is that they are not impact subs, both play well from the start of matches, both have little effect when coming on and both should have started today against a team that clearly had absolutely no intention of ever attacking us.
Don't try and categorise me as somebody who doesn't want Everton to do well, just because I have a different opinion to you and have used facts to back my points of our shockingly bad form. What a strange way to behave. I have stated all season I would live him to turn it round, but we are now mid February and it's still not looking too good.
I've not dug my heels in about nowt, I just want Everton, and Martinez to succeed. Funny that, being a blue and all?
Let's access in the summer is a line I've repeated all day. If we finish 15th, there will be some serious questions asked.
Where is our third wing mate?So leave Lennon on and bring Gerry and mirallas on. All three will run at defenses, it could not of been any more pitifull than todays menu
OK maybe we didn't test the keeper enough but we certainly played well up until that point, and have done in a lot of games, getting lots of compliments for the way we play but if it doesn't get you results, I just don't see the point in it.Imagine where we'd be if we were playing poorly then.
As for playing well...we huffed and puffed, but blew no houses down. we didn't make their keeper MotM by a long chalk.
'We played well and lost'
#epitaphforMartinez
Absolutely spot on.there is nobody actually driving the ship. its on auto pilot.
To all intents and purpose Roberto IS Everton due to the power vacuum up top=fullspeed ahead.
nothing to dislike there...but it just ain't going to happen.
Serious questions should've been asked last summer...answer papers to be in by last Oct...trouble is there is nobody actually driving the ship. its on auto pilot.

UnluckyIf the sign of a good team is winning when you don't play well, what does playing well but not winning make you?
I'd take Roy Hodgson after he wins the Euro'sSparky Hughes mate..

Play another winger on the left side and it would of lighten'd his work load. P.S. what did Rom and Barkley contribute todaySo he wasn't influencing the match in a key position no more and therefore was a viable player to replace. Hence the sub not being so bad.
