Roberto Martinez discussion

I'm sure we said that last season? or are you being sarcastic?

If we were playing gash I'd agree. But we're actually turning out some good performances without the results, which is an improvement on last year. I know that doesn't mean more points at the moment, but some of us reckon there's a corner ready to be turned.

But we never seem to turn that corner and when our better players leave in the summer, what do we do then?

35 shots five on target. that says to me we need to try a different approach. Lennon was our best player in attack by a country mile, why not replicate that direct approach across the front line by introducing Gerry and mirallas as well as lennon. No we will stick with a system that worked for the last 3 games even though it was not working today.
If the system worked the previous three games then wasn't it worth persevering with?

Unless I'm missing something. Hindsight is a wonderful beast.

Isn't it more worrying that we're playing well and losing rather than playing crap and winning?

Our best players have always left. All the way back to Alan Ball. It's what we do.

You don't think we'll change, I do. Let's wait and see, I know you want us to succeed, at least you have that, some on here don't.

You're all chatting absolute bogger in here.
I've not read the last few pages but his subs today were badly stupid.

The optimistic side of me says we are so close and he's building a great side, but those subs today have me thinking WTF was he thinking?

His obsession to get Kone on the pitch at any opportunity baffles me, Kone is not good enough, he needs to admit to himself he dropped a bollock signing him and start playing other players with greater ability, Mirallas offers much more.

Barry or McCarthy should have been off today, we did not need 2 DM's in that 2nd half chasing the game, and Del, Lennon and Mirallas should all have been on the pitch, those 3 are players that can unlock the parked bus working on the pitch together.

We can all see these things, why can't he.
