Roberto Martinez discussion

I'm pretty relaxed about things. I'm fairly confident that the club will be under new ownership soon. I am sure Martinez's will be under a lot more scrutiny once the takeover is complete.

He probably won't be the Everton manager by September.

Through to the next round of the cup, 2 comfortable victories in the league against teams that have spent big money recently and looking a lot more solid generally. Today was a blip and a temporary halt to our progress up the league.

If it wasn't for the fact I need somewhere to post sexual innuendo I'd have the internet shut down this evening and let the samaritans pick up the slack.

But we now need to go and destroy Bournemouth next week to prove today was a blip... no messing around with replays, bury them to get back to winning ways conclusively.

Will be well gone by then thankfully

We should give them the ball more you reckon? What are you trying to say?

...I'm saying yes, I agree with you the BROM came to a job today and they done it, yes? I'm also suggesting that there's this mental, now instilled insistence to overpass the ball at times...HUGELY...and all it leads to really is moves breaking down. That sort of instruction comes from the bench mate, they're playing that way because they're guided to play that way. I'd like him to mix it up a bit when that doesn't work...

In fact I really, really wish he would.
