I know that Lyon, im just making the point, some people - nobody here in particular, just think that a billionaire rolls into a place and throws 'phat stacks' (I believe they call it in the world of hip hop), at a project. The thing is everybody pays for ideas based on what they are worth - even though as we agree, they don't have the actual physical notes anywhere, basically the current board to take out loans to help part fund a stadium but its having the ability to pay it back without going under, hopefully the new owners do build a new stadium and the repayment options would not cripple the football club, I believe Valencia had issues of the same sort whilst building their new ground.
