Some recommendations for the Steam sale for what it's worth.
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons: £1.09 - For that price, well worth a go. Although not for everyone, it's personally one of the best games I've played in the last 10 years.
Grim Fandango Remastered: £2.74 - One of the top three games ever made IMO.
Binding of Isaac: Rebirth: £6.59 - Only discovered this lately, but it's very good. It's a twin stick shooter with a progressive learning curve that will draw you in for hours on end. Well worth picking up the expansion called Afterbirth too.
Bioshock Infinite: £4.99 - The best single player, narrative driven FPS I've ever played. Gunplay isn't great, but the whole experience is.
Shadowrun Hong Kong: £7.49 - A cyber-punk, well executed indie version of XCOM. Good stuff.
Hand of Fate: £6.49 - A collectible card game, mixed with action combat. Very hard to explain, but very addictive. Cheapest it's ever been.
Transistor: £3.74 - Beautifully designed action RPG platformer-ish game. Atmospheric as hell.
