If we'd have had our most deserving XI out all season we'd easily be up near Leicester and City now.
I agree that we'd be much better off, however isn't that a bit simplistic? Whoever is on the pitch has to adhere to Martinez's philosophy.

That in itself is still a huge significant factor towards how poorly we've performed at times this season, or our inability to gain a result.

We'd probably have 15 more points if Martinez hadn't insisted on playing his 'favourites' this season as opposed to those deserving of the shirt. I'd say Howard alone has cost us close to 10 points. Stones could have been rested/dropped weeks ago but was stuck with and cost us more points with his mistakes. Kone was kept in the team far too much and thus blunted our attack for weeks. Naismith ...

Again, bloated and ego driven. Has to play a style and isn't ruthless enough.

Play to win. Play as a team. Its not working, change it.

Proper boss isn't he. Would love him in our team. He's like McCarthy but quicker and not allergic to passing forwards.
My friend is a Leicester fan and he and many others attribute large parts of their success to him. He's be just as influential as Vardy and Mahrez.

Excellent tempo, breaks up play and can play balls forward with great accuracy which give the other two much greater freedom to bomb ahead.

We shouldn't need Leicester or anyone doing well for us to sort ourselves out.

There is literally no reason why we shouldn't be doing what is happening this season.
The mentality and style would have to change first but we certainly have the players to do what Leicester are doing at the moment.

How hasn't it given teams hope? It's too early to say, you have to wait until next season for that.

Because you have to take chances when the big sides are floundering - city, Chelsea, RS, United all flakey and under performing. Gives anyone a chance to challenge. Only Leicester have done it.

Next season I can see it being a record spend for those clubs mentioned, and normal service will resume

Having a manager that is a stubborn idealist who doesn't value defending or playing with a goalkeeper is the reason we're not

Sorry think I worded it wrong. There are obviously reasons we are not doing it. But there should be no reasons why we're not.

For me Leicester winning the league would be awful. Because it's not us.
