Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

I'll qualify for two but I know I can't go

Thing is, seems unfair if I buy them knowing I can't go when I'd be buying them to give to someone else ahead of people who may qualify legitimately

Moral dilemma there

I hate people who buy tickets for the credits
You are right mate but bluegirl is looking for 2 and lives down that way and she does try to get to as many as she can considering she lives miles away.

Mmmm, need to have a think about it

I'd be pissed off if I qualified for a ticket but missed out because someone else who knew they couldn't go bought them anyway for someone else who wouldn't qualify

Loads of people do it though I suppose

You won't get an away credit for Bournemouth mate, so people who buy to pass a ticket on for this one can't be classed as credit hunters.

I'm in a similar position, I don't think I can make it but will be on 9 credits after tomorrow.

In exactly the same position as you mate. 9 after tomorrow as well.

Issue/moral dilemma I have is that if I buy the tickets to pass them on, I'm taking them away from people who have legitimately qualified for them. If I were in their position and people were passing them on to people who don't qualify, I'd be annoyed

On the other hand, I'm in a position to do a favour for someone

Bit torn

Speaking as a poster, not a mod ...

I've got tickets for a few people off here over the last few years, but only for folk who have on GOT for a while who I "know" on here, and, because they're down South, have little to no chance of being a STH and building up away credits. I'll probably swerve getting a ticket for this one and leave it for anyone who's been daft enough to go to the likes of Newcastle, Norwich and Swansea !

in your opinion, is there games which are easier (aways) than others? I live in torquay, and try to do as many aways as possible, but obviously home games are quite difficult. im going tomorrow. and i also tend to do southampton, swansea, villa and one or two others
