for those Interested. It was a 3 story detached, those who know the area will know the type, guide price 165k went for 185k they spent 35k doing up the 6 flats to quite a good standard.
New value on the open market 420-450k
GBP550 per calender month per flat rent = 14% PA yield...not bad.
