Well Jurgen maybe a stronger team chosen by yourself would have sorted that situation, or at least improved the likelihood of getting a result.

My thoughts exactly. I'm not sure if he expected Exeter to roll over for his merry band of children or what. It almost sounded like he was pee'd off to still be in the cup!
I have no doubt they thought it was "quirky".

the thing is, they weren't all that young. It wasn't exactly u18's or anything, they were all 19, 20 and over weren't they? there wasn't many scousers out there though - shame that nobody in the BBC actually noted that. The club has barely any "Liverpool" about it.

that's what i menat when refering to the club. None of their first team are scousers, their youth team is mainly made up of imports, not many of their staff is and hardly any of their fanbase is.
