Logic Remy is rumoured to be available. He'd be a huge upgrade on Kone and can play on the left. Scores and creates goals, can hold it up and could fill in well for Lukaku if he picks up a knock/needs a rest.

would mean dealing with Chelsea who'd just try to use him as a makeweight to get Stones.

Looks a talent though, but like most id much rather have an immediate replacement.

He's more recently been linked with Villa, Norwich and Newcastle so I imagine he may have gotten over himself a bit since then.

I doubt Chelsea will do business with us after the very public Stones saga. We made them and a lot of journo's look very silly indeed by standing firm.
