I think the "system" is missing a vital cog to be fair (McCarthy) if it's to be successful and like you say the tactics are a concern because of that.

It's interesting that the most obvious replacement hasn't been utilised, makes you wonder whether Besic or Martinez are all that?

I must admit i would like to see besic get a proper run in the team,maybe now is his time with injuries but you just know it will be osman

If he starts against Spurs over Besic then he may as well pack his bag and head off this transfer window, he's either not good enough or not fancied by the manager.
